14-day, full refund.

If The Middle Path Method isn't a fit for you within the first 14 days of your first block, I'll refund your first payment in full. No paperwork, no hoops.

To qualify, you'll need to have completed a few basics that let us give it a real shot:

• Completed your intake, PAR-Q, and liability waiver
• Attended your first check-in call with me
• Attempted at least the first week of your programming

This is so I can be sure you actually experienced the coaching, not just paid for it, before we decide it wasn't the right pairing.

Cancel anytime, current block runs out.

Once you're past the 14-day window, you can cancel your subscription any time from your Stripe customer portal or by emailing me directly. Your coaching will run through the end of your current 4-week block, and no further charges will occur. Partial blocks are not refunded, but you keep access to your programming and support for the remainder of that block.

One email, no forms.

Email me at jackson@middlepathmethod.co with the subject line "Refund request." Include the email address you used to sign up, and if you're willing, a short note about what didn't work. Feedback is how I get better, and I always want to hear it.

I'll confirm your refund within one business day and cancel your subscription so it doesn't renew.

Back to the original card.

All refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method you used at checkout. Stripe typically posts the refund to your bank or card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you don't see it after 10 business days, email me and I'll help you chase it down.

Grace over rules.

This policy is written for the common case. If something outside the ordinary comes up in your life, a medical emergency, a job change, a family situation, a genuine hardship, reach out and tell me what's going on. The 14-day rule isn't a wall. I'd rather work something out than lose the relationship over a technicality.

Same guarantee, discounted price.

If you signed up with a founder rate, a promotional discount, or a coupon code, the Fit Guarantee still applies. The refund amount is whatever you actually paid at checkout, not the full listed price.

North Carolina.

This refund policy is part of the agreement between you and Middle Path Method Training LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
